So what do we mean by “Skinny Jeans Attitude?” We mean that little kick in your step or that confidence that you radiate when you fit back into an old pair of pants, skirt or even a dress. This challenge is not about losing weight, it is about committing to living a healthier lifestyle.

Making small changes is easier than you think. Every month Old London will provide a new recipe, tips for staying on track, and a place where you can talk with people across the country who are trying to keep themselves on track too!
